Refund policy

Though we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase, if you must return an item, we have a 10-day return policy after receiving your item, to request a return. Unfortunately, Angela's Boutique and Gifts does not offer cash refunds. However, we do offer store credit to be used for future purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn , unused or unwashed with original tags attached, and in its original packaging, accommpanied by a receipt/invoice for proof of purchase. Returned items will be carefully inspected before making a determination. Clearance and promotional items do not qualify for returns. Also there are no returns on swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, and select accessories.

To start the return process, please email us at freeworld20002002@yahoo.com . If your request is accepted we will send you an email notification on the process of your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly as possible. Angela's Boutique and Gifts are not responsible for return packages that may get lost or  stolen in transit.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please free to contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale/regular sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
To get the return process started, kindly return the item you have, and once the return has been inspected and accepted, and if there are any signs of defects and/or wear and tear, we have the right to deny your return.  


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive a store credit to be used for future purchases.
